Position:
A newly created position to ensure efficient and customer focused business development.  Leading a small team at reception/retail level, this role will be coordinating activities between the in-bound sales teams with requests for consultations, the therapists who deliver the beauty solutions and the end client.  The selected candidate will be trained in the products/solutions, but must be familiar with dealing with high net worth individuals and have the capacity to negotiate top-end solutions focused on the customers needs.

Profile:
  • 5-8 years experience in sales/business development
  • Previous experience negotiating and concluding business at the luxury/premium level (jewellery/watch industry, golf, spas)
  • Fluent English + French
  • Entrepreneur, drive for results with outstanding presentation and communication skills
