To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Marketplace / e-consignment Lead (m/f/d), 100% in Basel Headquarters as of 01.04.2025.

Your Tasks

• You identify and evaluate leads that align with Manor.ch's DNA.
• You build and strengthen relationships with external suppliers, including aggregators and platforms.
• You collaborate closely with category management to ensure the relevance of Manor's overall assortment.
• You facilitate the seamless integration of newly recruited partners from start to finish.
• You oversee the coherence and quality of product content to meet Manor's standards.
• You develop a coherent assortment strategy for the Econsignment platform.
• You proactively suggest innovative solutions to active partners to enhance their performance in areas such as products, pricing, assortment, and service quality.
• You demonstrate the ability to persuade new key partners to join our Econsignment platform.

your profile

• You hold a degree in Business or equivalent in commerce.
• You have experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in the marketplace domain.
• You have strong understanding of ecommerce tools and their setup.
• You have experience using Mirakl and Hybris.
• You are a passionate individual who likes working in a start-up environment.
• You are fluent in English and German or French.
