Medical Sales Representative (100%) - Switzerland

As a Medical Sales Representative in Switzerland, you will play a key role in driving growth, promoting clinically validated solutions, and building long-term partnerships with health-care providers. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for dental professionals and sleep specialists, ensuring a high standard of technical and commercial support. The position reports to the Regional Director for the DACH region

Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following task area:

Commercial Growth & Sales Management
  • Drive revenue by building strong relationships with dental professionals (dentists, orthodontists, maxillofacial surgeons) and sleep specialists (ENTs, pulmonologists, cardiologists)
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations
  • Present the company's value proposition and effectively differentiate from competitors
  • Develop and execute an annual sales action plan to expand market share
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, technical support, customer service, and finance
Stakeholder & Market Development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical influencers
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Support the development of local therapy guidelines and reimbursement processes in coordination with stakeholders
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
  • Provide high-level technical guidance to dental partners to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
  • Support onboarding and training of new partners on the product portfolio
  • Serve as the go-to contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and long-term collaboration
Reporting & CRM Management
  • Maintain regular contact with accounts to monitor performance and address any post-sale issues
  • Use CRM and BI tools to track activities, generate insights, and plan sales actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and operational alignment
  • Understand and manage contract processes, including payment and reimbursement work flows
Training
  • Deliver comprehensive product training and clinical use guidance to health care providers
  • Participate in internal training's to remain up to date with product knowledge
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region and represent the company at events as needed
Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure full adherence to internal quality standards, healthcare regulations, and ethical guidelines
  • Act in alignment with the company's values of innovation, quality, and customer focus
Additional Contributions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive success within the assigned region

Support cross-functional initiatives as requested by the sales leadership team

Profile

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, life sciences, medical technology or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, dental solutions, or a similar health care environment
  • Background in dental, sleep therapy, or medical devices is highly preferred
  • Proven sales success and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and structured approach to territory and time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Fluent in English and French is a must
  • Based in Switzerland, with regular travel across the German and French-speaking region
