Sales Representative

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sell-in and sell-out of seasonal collections by analyzing profitability, recommending promotional activities, and highlighting key business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent account management and long-term partnerships.
  • Coach and motivate in-store teams to effectively merchandise and maximize sales of Triumph products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active market research and client prospection.
  • Monitor and report daily sales performance to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales and market reports following store visits.
  • Participate in sales meetings and represent your region, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Regularly observe points of sale and analyze competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile:

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You bring solid experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the lingerie or fashion industry.
  • You have a strong understanding of the fashion wholesale market and its dynamics.
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive on achieving ambitious goals.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver who adapts quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
  • You are a true team player with excellent collaboration skills and an agile mindset.
  • You are fluent in German (native level) and possess excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • You have strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You hold a valid driving license and are available to travel frequently across Switzerland.
