JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead sales negotiations with assigned distributors across the Middle East & Africa region, including support and guidance on product and sales aspects
Drive business growth, brand awareness and market presence within attributed markets, including demonstration processes, salesforce recruitment strategies, and compensation structures
Identify, assess, and develop new distribution opportunities within the region, including market potential analysis and go-to-market considerations
Manage and further develop contractual and commercial frameworks with existing and new distributors in the Middle East & Africa region
Plan, organize, and deliver market-relevant trainings for distributors, covering product knowledge, technical aspects, sales methodology, sales management, and company best practices
Partner with distributors to develop local business cases for the Digital Business in the region, ensuring alignment with regional customer behavior and sales structures
Act as the main interface between the Supply Chain and distributors in, ensuring efficient resolution of logistical and operational challenges
YOUR PROFILE
7-10 years of experience in FMCG in roles such as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Marketing Manager, with exposure to Middle Eastern / African markets
- Strong understanding of distribution structures and consumer behavior in Middle East and Africa
Experience in direct selling is a strong advantage
Fluent in Arabic and English is essential, additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different Middle Eastern / African cultures
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust with distributors, manage conflicts, and drive performance in diverse market environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
