Part-Time Beauty Advisor (50–70%) – CHANEL | Zurich Airport

CHANEL is looking for a passionate and dedicated Beauty Advisor (50–70%) to join our Avolta team at Zurich Airport.

In this role, you will represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands and inspire international travelers through exceptional service, expertise, and elegance. You will play a key role in creating refined, memorable client experiences that reflect the timeless values of CHANEL.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing expert, personalized consultation and sales of CHANEL beauty products (fragrance, makeup, and skincare)
• Delivering exceptional, client-focused service and creating elevated brand experiences
• Ensuring impeccable product presentation in line with CHANEL’s luxury standards
• Supporting daily boutique operations and maintaining an elegant, welcoming environment

Your Profile

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within cosmetics, luxury beauty, or premium retail
• Passion for beauty, luxury, and creating exclusive client moments
• Professional, polished appearance and confident demeanor
• Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, initiative, and team spirit
• Flexibility, reliability, and excellent organizational skills
• Enthusiasm and affinity for luxury brands
