Customer Care Specialist

Mission

As a Customer Care Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by managing the entire order process and fostering strong relationships with our subsidiaries, agents, retailers, and e-commerce clients. Operating in both B2B and B2C environments, your responsibilities will include overseeing orders from the initial contact to the final delivery, coordinating with various internal departments and transport partners, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsabilities

Customer Care

  • Manage orders end-to-end, handle transactions, and coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient and timely shipments and deliveries by working with our ERP and CRM
  • Assist B2B and B2C clients in placing orders while providing accurate information and comprehensive support
  • Issue and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment and resolve any discrepancies
  • Respond to product inquiries via various communication channels (CRM, phone, email, chat, and online store)
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to products, services, or deliveries
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, understanding and anticipating their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships
  • Maintain the customer database, documenting interactions, feedback, and issues accurately

Coordination & collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, sales, and finance, to resolve customer issues promptly and relay client insights
  • Coordinate with our various transport partners to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and the provision of all necessary export documentations
  • Provide support to the sales team by supplying accurate product information, processing orders, and assisting with customer inquiries to enhance the sales process

Your qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Swiss German; French is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial vocational training (EFZ), Handelsmaturität or federal certificate (Fachausweis)
  • Dynamic, motivated, and adaptable, with a strong appreciation for change and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment
  • Responsible, independent, and highly customer-oriented
  • Experience with ERP systems (Abacus) and CRM software is a plus
  • Knowledge of export processes is a plus
