Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the Global Sales Training, including the support of the sales training strategy, strategic planning and further development of the global training landscape. Acquisition of potential training customers worldwide.
• Responsibility for the independent conception and implementation of training courses and workshops in German and English, focussing on the subject areas of sales, service, communication and leadership.
• Independent acquisition of knowledge in new subject areas and training content for the continuous expansion of the existing training landscape.
• Responsibility for the independent conception, planning, realisation and evaluation of training courses and workshops, including room and material planning. Creation of all training concepts, content, schedules, presentations and other training materials.
• Responsibility for the organisation, realisation and further development of the training of trainers worldwide in German and English.

Your profile

• German and English spoken and written, at least level B2.
• Extensive experience in field sales, ideally in the investment goods
• Proven communication and presentation skills.
• Proven didactical and methodical skills to develop training content.
• Conceptual experience, creation of new training content.
• Strong organizational skills and capable of carrying out training from planning to implementation and controlling.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical engineering, or understanding of technical processes
