To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Online Sales Manager Fashion (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Headquarters as of now.

Your Tasks

• You execute various online activities: Manor sales calendar activities, exclusive online offers, specific activations in agreement with suppliers, management of brand shops.
• You coordinate with all digital channels.
• You complete the analysis of the user experience of your category, optimize the structure.
• You analyze the eCommerce KPIs of the categories in your area of responsibility, provide recommendations based on the analyses to achieve sales targets.
• You regularly monitor all content: Products, campaigns, usability, search.
• You collaborate operationally with the Online merchandisers and the Online Category Specialist.
• You participate in innovative projects incl. AI.
• You are responsible for competitor monitoring: benchmark functions, online design.

your profile

• You have a degree in marketing, sales or in a related field.
• You have experience in e-commerce, online category management and/ or marketplace environment.
• You have an affinity and enthusiasm for eCommerce and digital topics, especially in a fashion environment.
• You have an organized and structured working style.
• You have very good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• You are independent, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
