Your role
You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and quality perception by ensuring the availability and visibility of our products. The Sales Representative will also focus on becoming a business partner for selected Indirect Retail customers by driving business growth through contracting, educating, and training Independent retailers.
Daily business
Trade Excellence: Elevate the customer experience with impeccable shelf presence and standout visibility, ensuring every touchpoint reflects brand quality.
Product Availability: Confirm that products are available in the designated territory.
Support for New Product Launches: Provide marketing direction to achieve assigned market share and volume targets.
Brand Integrity & Compliance: Enhance the company's image in dealings with third parties while ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities for business expansion within the current points of sale (POS) and explore new POS within the territory.
Independent POS Growth: Build a robust and dynamic trade universe-starting with acquisition and onboarding of independent POS and continuing through high-performance management and relationship nurturing.
Your Profile
Apprenticeship degree /College / University Degree in sales/commercial/hospitality
Min. 2 years sales experience
Proficiency in German and English
Excellent communication skills
High Achievement focus & result oriented
