Client Case Manager
The Kusnacht Practice is currently recruiting a motivated and self-driven Client Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients throughout their treatment journey, helping to ensure their experience is coordinated and supportive. Ideally, you bring a background in healthcare and a genuine interest in working with people in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
Your Responsibilities- Manage clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clinical quality from preadmission to continuing care
- Coordinate treatment programmes in residential and remote settings, prioritising client satisfaction
- Act as the main contact for the treatment team, ensuring smooth communication and holistic care
- Maintain relationships with families and stakeholders while identifying business opportunities
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call duties for client support
- Review additional costs transparently for clients
- Oversee discharge planning and recharge recommendations to ensure care continuity
- Respond promptly to client requests to build trust and positive relationships
- Proven experience in client care coordination or treatment programme management
- Healthcare-related experience (e.g. background in nursing, psychology) or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS-Office suite and experience with electronic health records systems preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical quality and client satisfaction
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions and adapt to evolving client needs
- Swiss driving license cat. B is a must
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
