Group Associate Specialist Customer Service

In this role, you will be at the heart of our global operations—ensuring that critical medicines reach patients in over 100 countries efficiently and reliably.As part of the Corporate Customer Service, you will manage the end-to-end order process and act as a key interface between Octapharma and its international customers. Your work will directly contribute to the timely delivery of life-saving therapies worldwide.
Order Management & Customer Service
- Manage the full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain daily communication with international customers
Export & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate global shipments and transport operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms
- Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners
Documentation & Trade Finance
- Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation
- Handle Letters of Credit and other trade finance instruments
- Support tender document preparation and submission
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Perform regular reporting and data tracking
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
You are a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Required:
- Commercial education (or equivalent background)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within export or international trade
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure
- Fluency in English and German
Nice to have:
- Diploma or degree in export, logistics, or international trade
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes
- French language skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
