Senior Sales Coach
What you can expect from us.
You actively coach our leadership team and partners to help build their client relationship skills, and you work together with our leaders in external client meetings at c-suite to help build meaningful relationships.
You design and deliver sales training programs, implement PwC's global sales methodology and lead aspects of our sales culture transformation project.
You drive and leverage global relationships helping PwC's client service partners to win new work with strategic targets. You build on existing engagements by applying an innovative approach to developing our key client accounts enabling us to increase our revenue growth.
You ensure client service teams focus all sales efforts on the areas with the most promising ROI, and help meet revenue growth targets.
You coach teams across all phases of the sales cycle including the proposal process.
You will be coached by inspiring and challenging leaders.
You further develop your work and client experience in several service areas and benefit from our expertise and reputation.
What we expect from you.
You have a university degree, in business, economics or other discipline directly related to business / sales coaching such as psychology or social sciences.
You have a minimum of 10 years' or more experience in client development, strategic coaching and leading sales and/or business training in a service or B2B environment, ideally financial services or professional services.
You have advanced study, professional development and/or a relevant diploma in coaching or training.
You are fluent in English and ideally in German.
You share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching or mentoring others.
You continuously learn and develop to leverage your expertise and experience to the benefit of the client and the firm.
