Junior Client Services Executive - Banking & Financial Services

Title: Junior Client Services Executive
Purpose of Role: The Junior Client Services Executive role owns the growth and overall performance for the assigned relationships within an account. In addition the CSE executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the Client Partner.
Areas of Responsibility:
   o Client Mindshare / Market Leadership
            o Create and develop mindshare with the client
            o Identify and qualify add-on opportunities.
   o Relationship Management
            o Executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the Client Partner.
            o Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships.
            o Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives.
   o Business Development
            o Responds to and delivers on client requests; Responds to RFXs
            o Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategy; Obtains approvals to pursue opportunities.
            o Engages the relevant teams for solutions.
Key Expectations
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic technology savvy individual to help address client needs
   o Bring in new ideas and solutions to the table
   o Leverage, cross-sell and up-sell across client business units in Switzerland
   o Expected to provide innovation and thought leadership in target areas of customer strategies
   o Should be experienced in creating value cases
   o Ability to position the value proposition to deliver highest value to the customer
   o Managing relationships, new business and delivery aspects of the engagement
   o Overall customer satisfaction within client organization.

   o Between 4 - 8 years of proven account management experience in the Banking & Financial Services
   o Prior experience in selling into the Banking & Financial Services sector especially in the areas of solution selling (technology and business) in multicultural environments. This includes the areas of application and infrastructure services, business process services and SMAC (social, mobile, analytics, cloud).
   o Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
   o Experience in delivering IT services in the onsite/offshore model preferably with diverse and multi-location (i.e., onsite/offshore/near shore) teams
   o A specialist typically with a strong IT services and MBA background
