We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager EMEA M/F Main Responsibilities

middot Working with regional sales teams Stromasys and Alliances research potential channel partners and build a solution offering around legacy cross-platform virtualization solutions
middot Lead or support Stromasys Territory Sales Managers TSMs to efficiently execute the recruitment onboarding enablement and sales engagement steps as reflected in the Stromasys Solution Partner Program
middot Deliver effective Channel presentations for cultivating and engaging technology solutions providers and integrator organizations
middot Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within the Channel
middot Conduct contract negotiations with a focus on new revenue retention loyalty and continuous revenue growth
middot Update salesforce with partner contacts and communications
middot Manage the complexities of enterprise solution sales including marketing information relationship building and customer/prospect communications
middot Lead Channel to maximize total partnership revenue potential through best practices training and support
middot Manage Channel's end to end sales process
middot Serve as an escalation point for any issues that impact the company and the Channel and act as an advocate for issue resolution resource leveraging across the company etc.
middot Attend and participate in sales meetings tours and trade shows
middot Keep abreast of competition competitive issues and products

Qualification and skills
Required Education and Experience
- Demonstrable experience implementing and honing a Channel sales program
- Relationships and knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology solutions providers and integrators
- Significant work experience within an international context in Software companies
Technical Skills
- Deep familiarity with latest customer relations management tools Salesforce.com skills is an asset.
- PowerPoint Excel Skype BlueJeans or WebEx GoToMeeting etc
- Fluent in English mandatory . Any other languages is an asset.
Behavioural Skills
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver with deadlines.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to travel throughout the EMEA 50% plus
- PLUS SKILL ndash Sales Management experience
