Senior Quality Analyst
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality monitoring in the unit "front line"
Perform daily/weekly analysis of customer experience feedbacks based on NPS
Correlating analytical insights with customer events (outages, promotions, team management challenges)
Managing a broad range of transversal initiatives with impact on the NPS and PTC
Evaluation and redesign of the front line processes to achieve company goals
Investigation of "root-causes" on processes and performance, initiation and execution of improvement activities
Higher Degree of Education (FA, HF, NDS or equivalent) or University Degree
Solid experience in strongly customer service oriented environment (understanding drivers, processes, transversal dependencies, constraints)
Pragmatic, practice-oriented Can Do attitude, strong sense of urgency
Distinctive analytical skills and understanding of complex contexts
Knowledge of telco-, IT- and CTI systems
Experience in Project Management is an asset
Business fluency in German and English is critical
French/Italian is an asset
