To achieve this, you
Develop and implement a robust, systematic account strategy to identify, develop and close OneKey opportunities and proactively engage with key executive business stakeholders
Work closely with Global, Regional and Local sales functions to identify new opportunities and engage with the clients accordingly and with the Global OneKey specialist team that will support you with the necessary expertise around our continuous offerings innovations and enhancements
Understand the interrelated IQVIA service areas in detail such as Technology or Consulting, and work closely with these areas in order to optimize the positioning of OneKey and to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Develop a profound understanding of your clients’ challenges and convince them of the unique value propositions that IQVIA can bring to the table
Determine the most convincing solution approach for the client not only within new segments such as Med Device companies but also by extending existing contracts in all Pharmaceutical relevant areas, providing additional services and additional countries
Lead all strategic and tactical negotiations to close the created business opportunities
Coordinate with the different countries the deployment of the new contracted services in alignment with contractual terms (Pricing, SOW, revision and contractual handling, etc.)
Achieve a high satisfaction level across all client functions with the IQVIA solutions to ensure a continuous positive evolution of client relationship and engagement level with IQVIA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of business development/account management experience in international life science companies across all Life Science industries such as Pharma and MedTech.
Proven track record of strong, sustainable business development and expansion, generation of high client satisfaction
