In order to strengthen our Sales Perfume department in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a

Sales Manager Perfume Amenities

Reporting directly to our Director Switzerland Perfume & Amenities Worldwide you are responsible for developing the Bulgari Hotel Line Collection to top luxury 5 stars Hotel groups or independent in the European markets and Turkey in a sustainable way.

You are also in charge of managing, leading, and developing 360° commercial and marketing strategies and the brand image in the area.

Accountabilities

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include operating as the point of contact for your customer accounts and Regional Groups. You build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of clients, and you ensure a continuous scouting in order to exploit all business opportunities (new distributors as well as directly handled hotels).

In this role, you support the Perfume Amenities Team in the management of all contractual aspects through our third-party partners, following up the negotiations and providing recommendations.

You are also responsible of forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), collaborating with the production team to ensure the product availability.

Finally, you participate to different cross-functional projects, and you work in close collaboration with Product Development, Sales Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.

Profile

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or business management, you have at least 3 years of international Sales & Marketing experience preferably with a strong background within the Hotels, Airline, or cosmetic industry.

You have a strong expertise in business vision and execution and confirmed skills in negotiation. Driven by results, you are capable of leading various activities while keeping a global vision on the projects.

Known as an energetic person with a positive mind-set, you are proactive and have a solution-driven attitude. Excellent listener and communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain strong and trustful relationship at all levels of the organization.

Passionate about foreign cultures, you are mobile for ± 50% business travel within the Europe.

Finally, you have excellent command of IT reporting tool, PowerPoint and are fluent in English, French, Italian; any other language is an advantage.
