Key Account Manager Europe Retail 100% (Fashion, Wellbeing, Electro)

Main role:
Electro-Retail (new territories: UK, Nordics, Czech Republic, Austria & Italy)
• Analyze existing electro-retail distribution & develop our network
• Visit and manage electro-retail Key Accounts
• Monitor full compliance of Laurastar POS with corporate guidelines (look & feel, scenography, merchandising) to ensure premium brand image and consistency across Europe


New Business (fashion, hospitality & wellbeing in Europe)
• Coordinate sales initiatives to support new product launch (wellbeing) during maternity leave of our Business Dev Manager Health
• Support implementation of new distribution channels within Europe that align with strategic priorities
• Set up and test direct sales initiatives within fairs and events in Europe (in particular Germany & Switzerland)
• Active collaboration with the Subsidiaries countries (CH, FR, DE, Benelux) & Marketing team

Key activities:
• Role could be based in Europe, Switzerland is a plus
• Visit of key countries including market visits, retailer visits, reports to LS Management and follow of local sales activations, monitoring of in-store activities
• Manage local commercial discussions with existing and potential new trade partners, perform marketing and brand presentation
• Ensure appropriate deployment of Laurastar central marketing, media and promotional activities guidelines to efficiently drive trade activities and brand building initiatives
• Work closely with central Sales and Marketing teams to establish and execute marketing and communication strategies, ensuring full compliance with Laurastar guidelines and long-term expectations
• Monitor local market, consumer and competition in order to keep LS HQ updated on current and new trends
• Participation to local key events including roadshow as well as major PR, Press, launch & VIP events
• Train, support, monitor and mentor local brand ambassadors in-field to ensure superior product and brand knowledge
• Monitor after sales service local operations according to LS standards

Technical Competencies:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Sales & Marketing
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English, French is a plus
• Proficient in modern IT tools and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, etc…)
• Analytical skills with usage knowledge of a BI tool like Qlik, Tableau, Salesforce

Experiences:
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Retail marketing preferably in consumer goods industry
• Knowledge of selective retail and high-end products category
• Understanding of technical consumer’s good sector is a plus
