Your role

As Relationship Manager Assistant Eastern Europe/Germany at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are actively contributing to the Bank's purpose-driven growth with a lasting influence in the vibrant Eastern European Markets and provide high-end supporting services to our experienced Client Relationship Managers (CRM).

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with queries and resolving corresponding requests
  • Handling deposits, transfers and check processing
  • Ensuring customer transactions and interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
  • Preparing account opening including processing them internally
  • Executing trading orders such as Stock Exchange- and FX Trades
Your profile
  • University degree in Business Administration / Finance or similar banking education such as a completed apprenticeship as a Banking Commercialist
  • First relevant experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills 
  • Ability to weight problems and set priorities 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, hands-on mentality and capability to work independently
  • Fluency in German and English; fluency in any Eastern European language is a plus
