Account Manager
Job description:
We are looking to expand our Account Management team in Switzerland. As an Account Manager you will be in constant communication with new and existing clients primarily in Switzerland, but also across Europe and the world, to understand their critical skill gaps, consulting needs, budgets, and more.
With a focus on representing the full scope of our services, you'll identify new opportunities by building relationships with your current and prospect clients to support the growth of your accounts.
You'll embark in an immersive training program that will give you the tools and knowledge you need to hit the ground running, and you'll discover what it is like to have uncapped earning potential.

The Job...
- Establish high value relationships with new and existing clients
- Build rapport and strengthen relationships with clients through calls, emails, and onsite meetings to unearth consulting opportunities
- Create win-win situations through negotiating contract conditions with clients
- Responsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale execution
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify optimal candidate matches
- Manage consultants while on assignment for Oxford
- Input client information and all communication notes into our CRM
- Business Development: Create Outbound lead generation campaigns by profiling and researching new clients to build your client database.
- Perform outbound calls & prospecting campaigns to generate and nurture leads to develop your client base.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - fluent German and/or French will be a great advantage
- Self-motivated, high-energy personality comfortable creating new connections and reaching out to new contacts
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset to stay on track to meet and exceed production goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Experience
- We are willing to invest and develop new talent with limited experience in sales
- Open to experienced Account Managers, ideally with previous experience working in, or providing solutions to either IT or Life Sciences
o IT topics: ERP, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Data, BI, AI, Infrastructure,
o LS topics : R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Manufacturing, CQV, Quality, Supply Chain
