Global Sales Manager - Schaublin/ Swiss Tools

Schaublin produces a full complement of clamping tools (collets, tool holders, and clamping assemblies) for precision grinding and machining.

We seek a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and drive our global sales strategy for precision workholding and modular tool systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of workholding and modular tool systems in global markets, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to make data-driven decisions, and possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The right candidate will speak fluent German and English and be business proficient in French. They will have experience in machining, tool holding components, and indexable tool systems for machines. This candidate will be required to travel up to 50% internationally and work on-site in Delémont, Jura, Switzerland, when not travelling.
