Our client is a well-established international company in the premium retail segment in the heart of Zurich. To strengthen the local operations team, we are currently looking for a hands-on and reliable Logistics & Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment of 6 months. Based on performance, there is the possibility of an extension or even a permanent takeover.

Description
To be considered for this position, the selected candidate brings the following qualifications:
- Coordinate domestic and international merchandise transfers, including returns, repairs, loans, and event-related shipments
- Prepare and manage all required logistics documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth transfer processes
- Perform regular stock checks and support with inventory reports and audits
- Maintain a well-organized vault layout
- Support salon display changes and visual merchandising updates
- Monitor and reorder salon and operational supplies
- Follow all security and compliance procedures related to stock handling
- Support opening and closing routines
- Act as backup for the Operations Manager when needed
Profile
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on logistics or retail
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in logistics or operations is a strong plus
- Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred
- Business fluent in English, with very good German skills required
- Additional languages are a strong asset
- Confident user of MS Office and internal ERP systems
- Solid understanding of merchandise flow and stockroom processes
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, with a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
