Position Overview

The (Senior) Relationship Manager is responsible for the financial, legal, compliance, and client relationship aspects of a portfolio of client entities. This role ensures entities remain in good standing and compliant with local laws and CSC's high standards.

Job description:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively communicate with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
  • Business Development: Identify cross-sell opportunities and retention risks; support service enhancement and market insights.
  • Corporate Administration: Manage company lifecycle processes including incorporation, compliance, tax filing, and financial transactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements; complete timely file reviews.
  • Reporting & Invoicing: Track portfolio performance and support budgeting; manage invoicing and timekeeping.
  • Leadership & Oversight: Guide junior colleagues, ensure quality of work within your portfolio, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Systems & Processes: Utilize tools like Viewpoint, SAP, and SharePoint efficiently.

Required profile:

  • Master's degree in Law (Swiss preferred)
  • 2-5 years' experience in legal, compliance, or fiduciary services
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory landscape
  • Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core tasks
