We’re growing – and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can open doors, spark relationships and help us turn conversations into contracts.
Your Mission: Build Trust, Drive Growth
As our new Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into new airline accounts. You will own the early part of the customer journey – identifying prospects, driving interest, building trust and leading them toward onsite product demos that form the basis for sales discussions.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to prioritize opportunities and shape a strategic approach. This is a high-impact role with room for initiative, responsibility and professional growth.
Sales Manager - New Business (B2B)

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with potential airline customers through direct outreach and industry networking
- Represent Caynova at trade shows, conferences and customer visits around the globe
- Drive initial contact through to product demo – paving the way for quotes and contract negotiations
- Build relationships at all levels: from high-level decision makers to product definition / customer experience, engineering, maintenance and procurement teams
- Collaborate with marketing to shape our outbound messaging and account strategy
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Contribute to the company's visibility and network expansion efforts
- Cultivate and fortify relationships with customers through consistent engagement
- Lead negotiations for customer-awarded contracts
- Able to quickly grasp and explain essential technical and regulatory principles relevant to our solutions, with the support of technical experts for detailed discussions.
- Foster close collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies, plans, targets, and opportunities
- Travelling worldwide with up to 50% of contracted time

Must-Haves:
- Experience in finding an winning new business customers (B2B), expecially in technical industries
- Technically curious with a strong interest in cutting-edge solutions
- Excellent command of German and English (C1/C2 level)
- Valid work permit for Switzerland or permanent residency in EU/EFTA is necessary.
