Our client is a well-established international company in the premium retail segment in the heart of Zurich. To strengthen the local back-office team, we are currently looking for a hands-on and reliable Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment of 6 months. Based on performance, there is the possibility of an extension or even a permanent takeover.

Description
To be considered for this position, the selected candidate brings the following qualifications:
- Coordinate domestic and international merchandise transfers, including returns, repairs, loans, and event-related shipments
- Prepare and manage all required logistics documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth transfer processes
- Perform regular stock checks and support with inventory reports and audits
- Maintain a well-organized vault layout
- Support salon display changes and visual merchandising updates
- Monitor and reorder salon and operational supplies
- Follow all security and compliance procedures related to stock handling
- Support opening and closing routines
- Act as backup for the Operations Manager when needed
Profile
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial diploma
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in the jewelry/watches industry is a strong plus
- Business fluency in English and German
- Confidence using MS Office and ERP systems
- A solid understanding of stockroom processes and merchandise flow
- Quality awareness and attention to detail
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Brings a structured and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain clarity and control even under time pressure
- Proactively engages in operational matters, with a solid understanding of retail processes and a hands-on, can-do attitude
