To strengthen our HR team located in St. Gallen, we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager who will play a key role in guiding our company through transformation and supporting leaders and employees in embracing change. 

Your responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools across global initiatives 
  • Guide and coach leaders, project teams, and change agents to successfully drive change 
  • Design and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies 
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to build change readiness 
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and feedback loops to ensure smooth adoption 

    Strengthen organizational change capability and foster a culture of learning and adaptability
