Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team at the Zermatt Boutique. This is a part time, fixed-term contract running until the end of September 2026, with a start date of March 1, 2026. Your mission :

  • Welcome Clients: Provide a warm and professional greeting to clients, ensuring a sales experience that aligns with the brand's customer service standards.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales objectives through effective client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines, maintaining the boutique's impeccable appearance and organization.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Manager with tasks such as inventory management, reordering stock, and completing various administrative duties.
  • Brand Compliance: Adhere to the Brand's guidelines regarding dress code, work schedule, and security protocols

Professional requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and German, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
