Responsible for defining and executing sourcing strategies across general services categories, driving total cost of ownership (TCO), and delivering measurable business value. Leads a team of category managers, manages complex sourcing initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Define and execute sourcing strategies across global and regional projects
• Drive cost optimization and value creation through TCO-focused initiatives
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (market analysis, RFx, negotiations, contracts)
• Manage supplier relationships and contract implementation
• Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Build market intelligence and identify innovative, sustainable solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic transformation initiatives
• Deliver savings, efficiency improvements, and working capital targets

Profile

• 7-8+ years of category management experience in an international environment
• Team leadership and people development experience (5 yr)
• Experience in Digital category sourcing (required)
• Proven track record managing complex strategic sourcing projects
• Strong Excel analytical capabilities
• Coupa knowledge and SAP MM (nice to have)
• University degree
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments
