Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Nidau. Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, and to reinforce our Customer Service in Brügg, we are currently recruiting two temporary professional for the position as

Customer Service Project Coordinator 100% (temporary mission until April 30th, 2026)

Job Description

Project Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in the onboarding of users to the new customer service platform and ensure all required training of the users is completed and recorded.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the project and report on status.
  • Support the users and our Global Customer Service team throughout the transition to the new platform
  • Assist in closing out the project, ensuring all tasks are completed, deliverables are finalized, and documentation is up to date and filed.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring that any delays or issues are communicated promptly

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external, regarding project status and activities
  • Coordinate communication between the project team and other departments or teams

Project Closeout & Evaluation:

  • Assist in closing out the project, ensuring all tasks are completed, deliverables are finalized, and documentation is archived

Your profile

  • Completed commercial/administration diploma or equal and several years’ experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Excel reporting. Salesforce and/or Power BI would be a major plus
  • Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus.
  • Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
  • Open minded, communicative as well as detailed oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
