The front office junior role involves supporting senior managers and business development professionals with administrative tasks, document preparation, compliance coordination, and client reporting. Profile:
- Bachelors Degree (e.g finance, accounting, economics)
- Approximately 1-3 years' experience in a related field e.g client servicing from financial services, Big 4 or equivalent
- Customer service orientation from within a fast-paced, international, corporate environment
- A numerate person, strong on financial data and comfortable around reporting
- Strong on administrative support to a busy team
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong communication skills
- A team player who is also able to take initiative
- Fluency in English; French a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Already in possession of or eligible for a Swiss work permit
- Based in the Geneva area, or strong reasons for relocation/links to the region preferred (frontalier OK)
