As a Sales Executive, your main task is to generate new B2B customers with outbound and inbound sales activities. Your target group: Companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein who are looking for an innovative catering or coffee solution for their employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Business development opportunities
- Identify tender opportunities for office catering in your respective market
- Use your personal network to develop new business opportunities
- Use cold calling and outbound techniques to increase demand for FELFEL services
Management of the sales process
- Contacting prospects for FELFEL services and managing the first point of contact for inbound leads
- Convert inbound to experience the FELFEL gastronomic experience through a tasting either at the customer's premises or at the FELFEL offices
- Showcase the FELFEL service through a hands-on gastronomic experience that reflects the service and value proposition
Negotiating & closing
- Leading contract negotiations that align customers' interests with FELFEL's business objectives
- Solution-orientated approach to partnerships
YOUR KPIs
- Good conversion metrics for your pipelines
- Number of closed deals
- Contract conclusion volume
YOUR PROFILE
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in sales management, ideally in a similar industry
- Good understanding of the Swiss market (B2B & consumer behaviour)
- Strong verbal and written communication in German & English is a must - French is a plus
- Confident negotiator and convincing in customer contact
- Proficient in the use of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- You can identify decision-makers quickly and know how to approach them correctly
- Detail-orientated and structured way of working, even with administrative tasks
- Food is your passion! You bring exciting food stories with you - and a desire for more
- A valid driving licence is required, as you will spend up to 50% of your time on site with customers
- Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
