A multi-family Office located in Bulle looks for a person who could provide:
Administrative & commercial support 60%
Main tasks:
- Manage and organize the electronic filling (M-files)
- Provide administrative support in:
- Corporate administration by organizing the AGM and related documents for different companies, some KYC and due diligence activities
- Daily mail distribution
- Manage the changes with Trade Register
- Organize Office supply
- Accounting tasks would be a plus – possibility to learn
- Implication in many various investment activities (providing support)
- External communication with suppliers, clients, partners,…
- Support to the Chairman for private related administration & organization
Job Requirements:
- French and English – spoken & written
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience and / or interest in real estate a plus
- Federal Diploma or equivalent with accounting knowledge a plus
- Autonomous, flexible, excellent organization skills, good communication and social skills
- Sense of responsibility, dynamic & flexible
- Excellent knowledge of the usual IT tools,
