Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, focusing on lead generation and deal closure to exceed sales targets
Accelerate market penetration by implementing targeted sales strategies to introduce innovative products and solutions
Engage with customers by presenting Chemspeed solutions at client sites, conferences, and seminars
Analyze R&D lab workflows and collaborate with the workflow design team to deliver tailored automation solutions
Improve sales efficiency by leveraging CRM tools and in-house support to streamline the sales process
Ensure timely, complete, and high-quality execution—make things happen!

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience of complex scientific / technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
Sales experience would be a plus
Expertise and deep understanding in materials science
Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and market-focused personality
Degree in chemistry, science or engineering
Excellent presentation, communication skills
Enjoy direct contact to customers and frequent traveling
