About the role
To support our Client Success Team in Zurich, we are looking for an Intern for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and make a real impact while helping us scale our business.
As a Client Success Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Client Success and play a key role in strengthening relationships with our clients while promoting Swibeco's solutions. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco's offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.
